Membership Options
Our memberships are designed to be flexible and easy to use. Explorer sessions are one hour long, and families can stack up to four sessions in a single day for a longer stay. Siblings can share membership hours, and you’re free to use them in whatever way works best for your schedule. Whether you visit once a week or several times, memberships make it simple to stay connected and engaged.
We are an ESA+ facility service provider and all of our programs are available to grant receipients. Please ontact us at meetme@bigtreehangout.com to enroll.
Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships offer the most flexibility for regular visits. Each plan includes a set number of Explorer sessions to use throughout the month for Open Hangouts and Guided Explorations.
Sessions can be shared between siblings and combined for longer visits, making it easy to create a steady rhythm of learning, exploration, and connection. Each monthly membership includes:

Class Pack Memberships
Class packs are perfect for families who want flexibility without a monthly commitment. These passes include a set number of Explorer sessions that can be used anytime within the validity period for Open Hangoutsand Guided Explorations. They’re also a great option for monthly members who want to add extra time during busy weeks or special programs.

Semester Memberships
Semester memberships are designed for Explorers who want to dive deeper into a subject over time. These small-group courses follow a structured path while still leaving space for questions, discussion, and creative exploration. With consistent cohorts and guided instruction, Explorers build skills, confidence, and meaningful connections across the semester. Each semester membership includes:

Classes are intentionally small, with 6–8 Explorers per instructor, ensuring individualized support and guidance.

Tracks each child’s learning goals, monitors progress, and celebrates milestones.

Curated activities allow Explorers to continue practicing and exploring topics at home.

Includes learning materials and hands-on tools used during class activities.

*When purchasing 2 or more, course selections may be distributed among siblings within the same family.
